Organisational Structure

The organizational structure of our company, showcasing a clear and systematic hierarchy for effective management and operations. At the top is the Chairman, followed by the Executive Director, who leads the organization by supervising key functional departments. These departments are managed by the Finance Director, HR Director, Public Relations Director, and Marketing Director, ensuring focused leadership in critical areas.

Beneath the directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees the implementation of strategies and daily operations. Reporting to the CEO are specialized roles, including a Legal Advisor, Public Relations Manager, Marketing Manager, HR Manager, Finance Manager, Admin Manager, Accounts Manager, and Business Development Manager.

This structure ensures streamlined communication, efficient delegation of responsibilities, and the flexibility to appoint additional operational staff as required to meet organizational goals.
